CHKcartoplus - Ease of Revision

A revolutionary feature of CHKcartoplus is the rapid way in which you can publish a revised Proposals Map by simply replacing the amended levels of information. Take out the changed layer, replace with amended detail and the map is immediately ready to view. This may have been what the Government had in mind when they envisaged a constantly revised Proposal Map as part of the LDF process.

Proposed changes are also required to be published throughout the LDF process. CHKcartoplus enables you to consult and publish your Preferred Options and Submissions on-line. The location of changes are overlaid on the existing map with links to detailed site plans.

On completion of the consultation process the accepted revisions are simply added to the Proposals Map and released to the web without changing any of the unaffected detail.

The same file then allows paper copies to be printed or plotted if only a small number are required.
